By texting BluMoney you agree to them. BluMoney is beta software; please read these terms carefully.\n\nWhat BluMoney is\n\nBluMoney keeps a Solana wallet for your phone number, moves digital assets (USDC, SOL and $BLU) and buys or sells tokens for you when you confirm by replying YES. BluMoney is not a bank, and balances are not deposits and are not insured.\n\nYour account\n\nYour phone number is your login. Anyone who controls your number or your Messages can use your account, so keep your phone locked and tell your carrier to protect your number. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use digital assets where you live.\n\nPayments\nNothing is sent until you reply YES to a proposal that shows the amount and recipient.\nProposals expire after 5 minutes. Blockchain payments are final and cannot be reversed.\nSends to other people are limited to $5,000 per day unless you change it by texting LIMIT. A higher limit takes effect 12 hours after you ask; a lower limit takes effect immediately.\nWe may decline, delay or pause payments to comply with law or to protect you or others.\nTrading\nTrades are routed through third-party exchanges (Jupiter and the pools it uses). Prices move; every proposal shows the expected amount and a guaranteed minimum, and if the price has moved below that minimum when you reply YES, nothing is traded.\nYou can trade any token with a market, including unverified tokens. Risk warnings are shown but they are not a guarantee: tokens can be worthless, frozen, or impossible to sell. You trade at your own risk.\nTrading proposals expire after 90 seconds. Trading has no daily limit.\nBluMoney never gives investment advice.\nFees\n\nSending costs 0.5% of the amount (minimum $0.05); it is free when you hold at least 100,000 $BLU or send $BLU itself. Buying or selling tokens costs 1.5% of the trade (1% with 100,000+ $BLU, 0.75% with 1,000,000+ $BLU, 0.5% with 10,000,000+ $BLU); buying $BLU itself has no BluMoney fee. Your rate is based on the $BLU in your BluMoney wallet when you confirm. The amounts in a trade confirmation already account for the fee (what you pay, or what you receive); a send fee is charged on top of the amount you send. This page and our website list every fee. We may change fees with notice.\n\n$BLU\n\n$BLU is a utility token that lowers your BluMoney fees. It is not an investment, gives no rights to profits, dividends or governance, and its price can go to zero. Trading $BLU happens on third-party markets (Meteora) and is at your own risk.\n\nAcceptable use\n\nDon’t use BluMoney for anything illegal, including fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering or buying illegal goods, and don’t attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.\n\nLiability\n\nBluMoney is provided “as is”.
